Seth Green Injured Himself Doing Voiceover Work

Seth Green damaged the "musculature around [his] vocal cords" from doing voiceover work.

"There was a period of about eighteen months where I was doing four different cartoons and a video game. You just don't think about the concentration of that work or that you would injure yourself in the process of it, but that's exactly what happened [to me]. Instead of taking enough rest, I just kept working. So, it's like running on a broken leg and then it just doesn't set correctly."

He speaks about how difficult it is to do voice work for video games. Andy Richter, who voiced a character in Madagascar, had to alter his voice to be at a higher pitch, which was hard on his vocals.
