Halsey tries doing chilaquiles, with questionable results



Halsey shared on Twitter her gluten free and vegan version of the classical Mexican dish. She used chickpea flour tortilla chips, tofu + beyond or impossible meat scramble, avocado, onion, rainbow bell peppers. Salsa, hot sauce, and a homemade cashew crema. Salt pepper garlic powder cumin lime juice.

The traditional recipe uses green or red salsa, tortilla chips, with cream and cheese and usually uses chicken, cecina, eggs or chicharrón as toppings.
