Beyoncé is sharing the diet that helped her quickly trim her post-twins weight in record time for her 2018 Coachella performance, at the price of $99.
The “22 Days Nutrition Meal Planner,” a plant-based diet with no meat, fish, alcohol, carbs or sugar, was what helped Beyoncé slim down in under a month.
The singer posted a YouTube showing her waking up for her first day of Coachella rehearsals and standing over a set of scales, which she called “every woman’s nightmare”. Her weight at the time, “175. Long way to go. Let’s get it.” (her final weight after the diet is never revealed)
The website promoting the diet states, “you can discover meals, plan your week, shop and cook all on the same platform. All of the meals that will be recommended to you fit under [Beyoncé's trainer] expert nutrition guidelines (the same guidelines Beyoncé and Jay Z follow).” Users can pay either $14 for a monthly subscription or $99 for a whole year.
