In episode four, "The Price of Oil", Ben and Michael attend a dinner party at Harrison's house. The conversation quickly turns racist and transphobic. When Ben calls out the transphobia and the older white man's privilege, the older man becomes defensive. Michael does nothing and lets his friend lay into Ben. Ben walks out and Michael follows him, Ben's angry that Michael did not defend him or stand up against his racist/transphobic friends. The scene has opened up discussions about power, privilege, and intersectionality in the LGBTQ+ community.
