-Iconic Legendary Queen Michelle Yeoh has joined James Cameron's Avatar Sequels as human scientist Dr Karina Mogue, thereby bringing much needed legitimacy and relevancy to these films 84 years since the first Avatar took in a bucket load of box office cash.
-In Star Trek news - Michelle says the Section 31 show is in the works, and will shoot right after Disco Season 3 has finished filming.
-Says will be "more fun – less intense and more fun-driven. Visiting more planets. Going around rescuing people in our own way."
-Also says that in the Section 31 show the "deliciously evil" Philippa, aka ‘Her most Imperial Majesty, Mother of the Fatherland, Overlord of Vulcan, Dominus of Qo'noS, Regina Andor, Emperor Philippa Georgiou Augustus Iaponius Centarius’ will be very different from previous incarnations, and the Emperor is starting to bloom again in her new role.
-Season 2 of Disco has brought out warlord space dictator Mirror Philippa’s "humanity and blithe lust for life" thanks to her love for show lead Michael Burnham (Sonequa Martin-Green), but Michelle says "there’s this nicer, gentler side, but you never know when she’s going to switch around again."
-You can catch Michelle slaying the small screen tonight in the Star Trek Discovery Season 2 Finale on CBS All Access, or tomorrow on any good Netflix International account near you. 🖖
