Next 5 years of MCU has no room for the X-Men

Hoping against hope to see the X-Men make their debut in the MCU soon? Well too bad, cause it ain't happening.

MCU chief Kevin Feige was asked and said what most were expecting: the next 5 years of Marvel films have already been penciled in and the mutants don't fit. Feige will be announcing the next few years of films later this summer after Far From Home is released (ie: SDCC or D23).

Currently, 8 films are set for 2020 (2), 2021 (3), and 2022 (3). Black Widow, The Eternals, Shang-Chi, Guardians/Spidey 3, and the sequels to Black Panther/Doctor Strange/Captain Marvel will more than likely be taking all those spots. What comes in 2023 and 2024, and how many each year, is anyone's guess.
