Amidst her ɹǝuʇǝǝʍs world tour and rehearsing for Ari-Chell-YUH this weekend, Ariana Grande went on her favorite social media platform to remind her millions of followers the Importance of Self-Care. In a series of multi selfie stories on Instagram, Ariana said: "I just wanted to say hi and remind you guys to protect your peace and your energy and to not forget to take care of yourselves and protect your space," Grande said. "We have a lot of work to do here, and a lot of family and friends and love and important shit to take care of. I just want to make sure that you don't run yourself to the ground, exhaust yourself."
Grande has opened up about anxiety in the past saying, “I felt more inclined to tap into my feelings because I was spending more time with them…. When I started to take care of myself more, then came balance, and freedom, and joy. It poured out into the music.”
Now Grande reminds us, ""Life can be pretty heavy so if you're going through it ... everything is preparing you for something else or making you stronger or presenting you with opportunities for growth," and to keep on ƃuᴉɥʇɐǝɹq
