Gwyneth Paltrow is counter-suing man she hit while skiing, says she's the victim

Last month Gwyneth Paltrow was sued by a 72 year old man named Terry Sanderson after allegedly skiing into him and fleeing the scene at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah.

- Court documents reveal Paltrow "skied out of control" which knocked him out, caused him a brain surgery, four broken ribs and other injuries.

- Paltrow is now counter-suing, claiming to be the victim in her case against Sanderson. The document alleges, "[Gwyneth] was enjoying skiing with her family on vacation in Utah, when Plaintiff—who was uphill from Ms. Paltrow--plowed into her back. She sustained a full 'body blow.' Ms. Paltrow was angry with Plaintiff, and said so."

- The countersuit says Gwyneth was left "shaken and upset" by his allegations.
