Genius Finally Gets It Right, Invites Carly Rae Jepsen For Their Verified Series

Genius Verified sure has made a lot of WTF decisions inviting the likes of The Backpack Kid, Tay Money, Kid Buu, Gabbie Hanna, Jacob Sartorius or Matt Ox causing people to question the platform's validity. I mean you need to watch some of these to believe their music, esp. the lyrics are of any value and deserve to be explained and verified in the first place. But I guess that's the streaming era for ya. Well, now Genius decided to actually invite somebody with taste, giving the underappreciated Queen of Bubbling Under Hot 100 Carly Rae Jepsen the platform to decipher the lyrics to her 2018 self pleasure anthem 'Party For One'. After watching the video, I'm ready for Carly to take over the Canadian Prime Minister spot 2019 with her upcoming album and make me forget the shitty lineup of these wannabe pop starlets who lack just anything to make their music stand the test of time.
