Jennifer Aniston opens up about her heartbreaking feud with mother Nancy Dow

Jennifer is promoting her new Netflix movie, Dumplin’, in which she plays the Southern beauty queen mother of an overweight teen who enters a beauty pageant

In an interview with The Sunday Telegraph, Jennifer has has made parallels to her own mother-daughter relationship:

‘She was a model and she was all about presentation and what she looked like and what I looked like.’

‘I did not come out the model child she’s hoped for and it was something that really resonated with me'

Aniston says about her film daughter: ‘This little girl just wanting to be loved by a mum that was too occupied with things that didn’t quite matter.

The actress stopped communication with her mother, Nancy after she published a book, From Mother and Daughter to Friends: A Memoir, in 1999.
