MoviePass re-subscribing some users who have cancelled accounts

*If you recently cancelled your MoviePass plan may want to check again to make sure you are still cancelled.

*Users are reporting that they received emails from MoviePass stating they had opted in to the new plan and were re-enrolled because their opt-in would supersede any cancellation request.

*It's not clear if some users accidentally opted in while attempting to use the app for the time remaining on their subscription, or if some of the users received the emails without any activity on their part.

*When users who were informed they were re-enrolled tried to re-cancel their subscriptions, they then received an error that their account failed to cancel.
