Actress Robin Wright of House of Cards was interviewed on NBC's "Today" and was asked about her relationship with Spacey. “Kevin and I knew each other between ‘action’ and ‘cut’ and in-between setups where we would giggle.” “I didn’t know the man,” she is quoted as saying. “I knew the incredible craftsman that he is.”
In regards to witnessing anything inappropriate on set, Wright says it was strictly professional. “We were co-workers, really. Never socialized outside of work. Respectful, professional relationship.” “He was so great with me — was never disrespectful to me, ” Wright is quoted as stating at the source. “So that’s my personal experience. That’s the only thing I feel that I have the right to talk about.”
She also shares her thoughts on Netflix booting Kevin Spacey last year from House of Cards. “I don’t know how to comment on that. But I think at that time, the shock was so intense all over the nation for many reasons, many stories, many people. I think that everybody felt that it was respectful to back off.”
Spacey is still under investigation for 3 new allegations.
