A grand jury on Monday indicted Rose McGowan for felony count of cocaine possession. The actress had a warrant in Virginia back in November, where police allegedly found "traces of narcotics in personal belongings" belonging to McGowan, which were left behind on a United flight arriving at the Washington Dulles International Airport.
Rose's lawyer, Jose Baez, is claiming she's being framed, telling People Magazine “Rose steadfastly maintains her innocence. These charges would have never been brought if it weren’t for her activism as a voice for women everywhere.”
If convicted, she faces up to 10 years in jail.
