– In an interview with PBS, conservative James Comey who said in October 2016 Americans "actually have no idea" if there's really "an epidemic of police violence against black people" because we don't have enough data (?) claimed that one time he was the only person during an FBI meeting to catch a Beyonce reference.
– Comey, during the meeting about FBI cases: “They always have weird code names. It was ‘Sandcastles,’ and so I said ‘Beyoncé!’ And I was the only one in the room who had any idea what I was talking about. People were like ‘What?’ I said, ‘We built sandcastles’ — Honest to God, I sung like that.”
– He said he enjoys listening to Kendrick Lamar and Taylor Swift. He also said he doesn't watch high-tension espionage thrillers like "Homeland" or "The Americans" (this lack of taste tbh) and that he prefers comfort viewing like "This Is Us".
– Comey: “Because look: Why do I need that stress?” he asked. “It’s like, ‘I’m gonna die.’ Why do I need that? I get that all day long. But now that I’m totally zen, and don’t wear ties anymore, maybe I will get back to it,” he added.
I cannot believe anything that's real is actually real anymore. https://t.co/3mii1XMh1Y— KB (@KaraRBrown) May 2, 2018
