Sgt. Stubby, a new animated film about the WW1 hero dog, comes to theaters this weekend

Stubby was a bull terrier (but also referred to as Boston-terrier) mix who became the official mascot of the 102nd Infantry Regiment. Some of his accomplishments included saving his regiment from surprise mustard gas attacks. The animated feature about Stubby's unlikely rise to war hero stars Logan Lerman and Helena Bonham Carter.

Some theaters around the country are donating a portion of the ticket proceeds to local animal shelters. I compiled a list - see if your local shelter is on it!
