*This Sunday's episode of Family Guy, "Send in Stewie, Please" will air completely commercial free thanks to a sponsorship by Playstation.
*The episode, in which Stewie meets with a child psychologist (Ian McKellan) and experiences emotional revelations about himself, was originally set to air with limited commercial interruptions due to the episode length, but Playstation decided to sponsor the episode to remove all commercials
*A 60 second commercial for Playstation's God of War will air before and after the episode.
*Other networks are jumping on the reduced commercial trend: TruTV announced it's entire lineup will be switching to limited commercial interruptions, Paramount Network announced a 30% reduction in commercials during it's scripted shows, and NBC announced beginning in the fall of 2018 their entire primetime lineup will reduce commercials by 10%.
