Harvey is Sabrina's boyfriend, and they'll be star-crossed lovers as dark forces conspire to keep them apart.

He's also the son of a coal miner and the casting breakdown hilariously described him as "woke"

Ross is known for starring in the Disney Channel Original Series "Austin & Ally" as the titular Austin as well as the Teen Beach Movie series

LOL, they waited way too long to announce this casting because my expectations were up way too high.
