-For Season 8, Lena Headey's body double for nude scenes was filming for most of last week. Considering she was filming for a few days, it most likely means Cersei will have pretty extensive nude scene(s) in season 8. The walk of shame is the only nude scene before that has taken a few days.
-The speculation for extensive Cersei nudity is sex scenes with Euron, pregnancy, or abuse/death scene.
