Alright, so two years ago, Adam and Danielle Busby had a set of quintuplets - all girls (the first all female quint birth in the US). TLC has been airing a show about them since their birth, OutDaughtered.
Since their birth, though he's tried to hide it, Adam has been suffering from paternal postnatal depression, which apparently 1 in 10 fathers experience.
He spoke with his pastor about his feelings on their show last night, touching on the "Southern" attitude towards men suffering from depression.
We've seen hints of Adam's struggle before but this season, they're being explicit with Adam wanting to share this publicly.
I fully admit to watching this show because babies - I'm a little baby-crazed :/ . They're super cute. And before this season, I thought the dad was just a worry-wart but looking back, you can definitely see he was spiraling.
