Legion follows David Haller, a troubled young man who may be more than human. Diagnosed as schizophrenic, David has been in and out of psychiatric hospitals for years. But after a strange encounter with a fellow patient, he’s confronted with the possibility that the voices he hears and visions might be real.
Set in an alternative universe from the Marvel franchise, Steven’s character has been in and out of psychiatric hospitals for years but an encounter with a new fellow patient reveals the diagnosis might have come up a bit short of the reality and power of Legion (David Haller's Marvel wiki entry).

The show stars Dan Stevens, Rachel Keller (Fargo), Aubrey Plaza, Jean Smart (another Fargo alum), Katie Aselton, Jeremie Harris, Bill Irwin and Amber Midthunder. Lauren Shuler Donner, X-Men director Bryan Singer, Simon Kinberg, Marvel TV boss Jeph Loeb, Jim Chory and John Cameron are executive producers along with Noah Hawley (Fargo) on the series.
The show will debut on February 8, 2017 @10PM on FX Network.
