National Board of Review names Manchester by the Sea the Best Film of 2016

National Board of Review winners have just been announced. Manchester by the Sea took the top prize. Barry Jenkins took home Best Director for Moonlight while Casey Affleck, Amy Adams, Jeff Bridges, and Naomie Harris took acting honors.
