I love it!

lmaoooooo we all know he makes bops but I can't believe some of y'all are actually desperate enough to try and defend him as a person. he is a well known fucking creep.

It's so disappointing because he's so talented but the lyrical content always saddens me. I just honestly don't know how a woman who respects herself can listen to it and be ok with the songs. It's just so disappointing when you have that level of talent and top producers/amazing beats and production. I used to be able to block out problematic lyrical content but I can't anymore.

Pretty much. I can only listen to about 1/6th of his discography without feeling disgusted. "Oh, it's just a character!" even if that were true (and it's fuckin not), it still means he's perpetuating all that sick shit and contributing to the overall societal message of glamorizing mistreating women. Nah man.

Yeah and it seems like the songs that make him sound like the biggest asshole are the ones I like the music of the most. >_

yeah i'm too old to just let it slide. plus his voice annoys me.

I think this will grow on me...never hated anything daft punk was attached to! Just not a huge fan of Abel's lyrics. :/ His songs never really make me feel great as a woman.
