It's because of how she is in interviews, at least for me. She doesn't speak like you'd expect a child to speak, it's a little disturbing. That and she throws off the stereotypical I-was-homeschooled vibes.

My cousins did....not they are all mothers with 2+ kids under the age of 21.

So their little digs that we (my brother and I) would turn out fuck ups.....failed.

I love the interview with Abbie from a while back where they ask her how she feels about being the next Dakota Fanning and she just looks at her mom in horror. (Although apparently it was because she likes Dakota- they met on the set of The Cat in the Hat- and is afraid of the two being compared and forced into a rivalry of sorts.)

But seriously... I like Abbie more, she still gives off the vibe that she's a kid, even though she's incredibly mature. Dakota just.. well, for a 12 year old she acts like she's 30 and that's creepy.

Clever. However, there's a difference between a photo spread (which was likely what the writer intended to mention) and a spread shot, which is what I was referring to in this instance.

If it makes you feel better, her first name is Hannah, and she's 12. She's also got more talent than most people in Hollywood. She is only strange looking because as she ages she is getting thinner and has braces. The fact that she acts like she's 30 is unrelated.
