Xtina, Kelly Clarkson and Adam Lambert have all had problems with them and all cited how RCA didn't like working with the artist and having them share their input on things.

It's kind of telling too that those three are top vocalists and performers and still couldn't get a say in their production.

Depend of the artist. Miley, JT and Pink are doing great but I think it has more to do with their personal managements.
Zayn's team is also Iggy's, he is lazy and he is signed to RCA... Good luck then.
