we just found out our 11 year old cat had bone cancer and it deteriorated his jaw so much he barely had one. we put him down monday and i havent stopped crying
I mean i don't know what to say about this lol. My best friend learned a few days ago that his black lab has cancer and it spread to his lungs. He said that he doesn't have that much time and he it really depressed about it. Poor doggy :(
Sorry for your friend and his dog *hugs him and his poor dog*
I have 2 dogs and 1 cat myself. I'll be devastated if anything happen to them, especially my precious (whom I treat like my baby girl) whom I've have for 14 years. Not that I don't love my other dog as much but she's been with me for 14 years and we are real attached to each other. So I'm really worried especially since the growth on her head is getting bigger.
My cats are going to be 15 in a couple of months and I'm at the point now where I tell them on a pretty regular basis that they aren't allowed to die. I mean they act the same way that they always have and they aren't lethargic or anything like that but they're definitely getting up there.
My cat turns 12 next week and my mom keeps trying to have talks with me about "coming to terms with [the cat's] mortality" and basically I just cover my ears and yell cuz I cannot even entertain such a thought
Man, I get that. My bunny is turning 7 this year, and even though rabbits can technically get up to 10, that's still really old. Plus, I've been living abroad and away from her for the past four years, so I've literally missed half her life up until now. She has to stay alive now that I'm finally coming back home. HAS TO, damnit.
my sister already knows that she is going to have to use the "she went to a farm" story on me and every few months show me pics of a westie running in fields of green grass to keep the dream alive.
I lost my little one to cancer on Monday. I understand her pain. I miss my tiny kitty right now more than anything, he was so young. It's been a struggle keeping calm at work. blah.
I'm sorry :(( *so many hugs*. It's hard, but the pain should just remind us of how lucky we are to be capable of loving something/someone so much. I hope you feel stronger soon.
this girl is a mess on instagram. she keeps posting pics of her self photoshopped into weird positions w/ other celebs and then she tags them. it's so awkward.
the first dog I ever had and she had to be put down at 13 because of bone cancer
