Set to open Venice Film Festival in under a month and recently announced as the closing night feature of New York Film Festival, expectations are high for Alejandro González Iñárritu‘s Birdman. After the first teaser dropped briefly showcasing the ensemble and inventive camerawork from Emmanuel Lubezki, we now have a new international preview of the drama.
The story in the film only tracks a few days, as Michael Keaton‘s character attempts to mount a Broadway play and reclaim his personal life. This new trailer confirms some of our early test screening impressions, including the use of voice-over, and it looks fairly stunning. Also starring Lindsay Duncan, Zach Galifianakis, Edward Norton, Andrea Riseborough, Amy Ryan, Emma Stone, and Naomi Watts, check out the trailer and new poster below.
