Andy Samberg & Kit Harrington to play Tennis Rivals in star-studded HBO Mockumentary

The behind-the-scenes drama of the tennis world is about to get the mockumentary treatment, and Andy Samberg will be donning the short shorts.
The “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” actor will team up with Kit Harington of “Game of Thrones” in the sports mocumentary “7 Days in Hell,” an HBO movie about a seven-day-long match at Wimbledon set between bitter rivals, the network confirmed to TheWrap. The movie is being written by Murray Miller, who is a writer and co-executive producer of “Girls,” from an original concept by Miller and Samberg. The movie will be directed by “SNL” alum Jake Szymanski.
Samberg plays a temperamental star who takes on Harington, a British native and prodigy who hasn't lived up to his potential. Samberg’s Aaron Williams is tennis’ superstar bad boy, while Brit Harington’s Charles Poole is channeling Andy Murray, a tennis prodigy and certified truck driver. Adding to their rivalry is Karen Gillan’s supermodel Lily, Charles’ childhood friend who made a sex tape with Aaron. Steenburgen plays Charles’ psychotic and controlling mother, while Forte plays a tennis historian.
Also confirmed to be in the movie are “Girls” star and creator Lena Dunham, “Portlandia's” Fred Armisen, Will Forte of “Last Man on Earth”, Howie Mandel,  Soledad O'Brien, Michael Sheen of “Masters of Sex”, Mary Steenburgen and June Squibb.
Samberg and Miller will also take on executive producing duties alongside David Bernad, with Jonathan Buss slated as co-executive producer.
