but actually i didn't buy that jacket, my mom bought if for me. i live in a small country and there are not many options for shopping (although a zara opened this year, but i had that jacket from before). i actually wanted a h&m jacket which was cheaper, but my mom ignored me and bought the zara one in italy.

My mom gave me her Sac Flanerie from the '90s and it's in perfect condition, minus some pen marks on the lining. I use it whenever I travel (which is a lot, due to my job) and it still holds up.
meanwhile other people will shell out small amounts for their shitty PVC bags from walmart or target every year or 2, which inevitably get ripped or something and they have to throw out, so they end up piling up in a landfill where they won't biodegrade for 1,000 years
