Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green drop a cool $3.35m on Bing Crosby's former Toluca Lake home

Less than two months after listing their Los Feliz mansion for sale, Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have dropped a cool $3.35 million on Bing Crosby's former home.

According to real estate website Trulia, the couple scooped up the 6,710 square-foot four-bedroom, six-bathroom home in Toluca Lake, California that was the late crooner's original Carriage House.

Property records indicate that the contracts were exchanged two weeks ago, on June 10, while it doesn't appear that they have yet found a buyer for their current digs.

The website details that the one-story contemporary ranch house was remodeled in 2008 and features top-of-the range finishes and appliances.

With security and privacy high on the list of must-haves for the young family - the couple are parents to sons Noah, 20 months, and Bodhi, four months, as well as 12-year-old Kassius from the former 90210 star's relationship with Vanessa Marcil - the home is set back from the street, with a 100ft curving driveway situated between towering old oak and olive trees.

Photos from inside the sprawling property reveal a spacious open-plan design, with a gorgeous exposed wooden beam cathedral ceiling throughout the main living and kitchen areas

The rec room will be the perfect spot for the 40-year-old actor's most prized possessions: his five pin ball machines and full-sized R2-D2 Star Wars replica figure.

While the home is situated on just one level, the master suite features an additional 600 square-foot second-story loft.

The pair, who have been together since 2004 and will celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary on Tuesday, also have the added bonus of separate his-and-hers dressing rooms and bathrooms, which will no doubt come in handy for the 28-year-old fashionista.

Another feature that will be perfect for their growing family of boisterous boys is the large backyard and saline swimming pool, while Mom and Dad will likely make the most of the Jacuzzi and open fire pit once the kiddies are tucked up safe in bed at night.

A 563 square-foot pool house also sits on the property, perfect for any visiting family or friends.

At the end of May, the couple listed their Los Feliz home for sale with an asking price of $3.995 million, four years after purchasing it for just shy of $3 million.
