Keira Knightley has revealed that she often gets mistaken in public for singer Britney Spears, which admittedly is not a comparison that we've ever previously thought to make.
The 29-year-old actress is definitely a well-known face, having appeared in everything from Pirates of the Caribbean to Anna Karenina, so it's difficult to see how people would fail to recognise her.
Speaking on The Graham Norton show about her celeb lookalikes, Keira said that people most often think that she's Natalie Portman "and I get chased through airports."
This one makes slightly more sense than Britney Spears, as Keira played the role of Sabé in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. Sabé was the handmaiden to Natalie Portman's character Queen Amidala, and was also a decoy for Amidala, so the two were supposed to look similar.
Keira continued: "I feel quite sorry for her because she must get chased a lot because it's happened like five times where someone's been like 'NATALIE, NATALIE, NATALIE.'"
However, she added: "But the one that's surprising is Britney Spears. I get quite excited because I quite like the idea that I could [dance] like that, which I can't do. So I've been Britney Spears like three times."
And don't worry about any potential awkwardness if you make the mistake, because Keira's quite happy to go along with it.
"[I'll] definitely sign, and have a picture. And I'll sign and take a picture as Natalie," Keira said. "I get Kate Winslet as well."
Don't expect to see the Pirates of the Caribbean star in a Britney Spears tribute act any time soon, though, because she admits herself that her musical talents leave a lot to be desired.
Keira finished: "I like singing if I’m in my own in the shower or if I am really drunk, but I’m not a big fan of singing in front of people, which I didn’t realise until I said yes to the movie and found myself singing in front of rather a lot of people."
