Is Sultry Vixen Rihanna Too Hot for the World?

First, Instagram wasn't down with Rihanna's racy images. Now the British Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has ruled that a new advertisement for her Rogue perfume is too "sexually suggestive" to be seen by children. The image features the pop star sitting on the floor with her back and head against a wall and her legs raised against a large perfume bottle.

"While we did not consider the image to be overtly sexual, we considered that Rihanna's pose, with her legs raised in the air, was provocative," the ASA notes. "Because of this, and the fact that Rihanna appeared to be naked except for high heels, we concluded that the ad was sexually suggestive and should have been given a placement restriction to reduce the possibility of it being seen by children."

Clearly, RiRi is too damn hot for the UK — and the rest of the world for that matter. If you don't know what we're talking about, just familiarize yourself with the outrage all her butt bikini selfies, nipple-revealing, barely-there dresses, and topless magazine covers have sparked in recent days. So without further ado, here are all the times Rihanna was just too hot to handle.

Instagram
When Rihanna posted a topless photo from her shoot with French magazine Lui, it was immediately removed and her account suspended. Though Instagram claims they only temporarily deleted the account (it has since been reinstated on their end), Badgirlriri is still inactive and will most likely remain so throughout the duration of her #FreeTheNipple campaign with Scout Willis. Nivea
In 2012, the CEO of Nivea decided to drop the singer as its spokesperson because she didn't quite fit the German-based company's friendly, wholesome image and was too much of a raunchy party girl.

Columbia
Back in February, Shakira released her Rihanna-assisted music video for "Can't Remember to Forget You." The clip featured sexy stare downs, and provocative grinding and bumping. One fan from Shakira's native Columbia couldn't handle the hotness and decided to launch a petition to ban the overtly-sexually video because it is "dangerous for children." We wonder if he's ever seen her "Pour It Up" music video.

The red carpet
Rihanna caused quite a stir on Monday when she wore a sheer Adam Selman gown and exposed her breasts and her butt behind a sheen of sparkly Swarovski crystals at the CFDA Awards. People, of course, were aghast.

Whether you believe RiRi's choice of gown was a brilliant form of protest against the strict standards of censorship or not, her response to the buzz the outfit caused will inevitably live on forever:
