It may have been Iker Casillas's third Champions League win, but this one was special. Not only was it 'La Décima', it was also the first after the birth of his son, Martin, who has already 'won' the Copa del Rey. The goalkeeper also posted this photo on one of his social network accounts with the message: "His second title"
Martín, esta es mi "casa", el lugar donde he vivido 15 años! Otros 9 formé parte de las categorías inferiores.
Martín: este es el equipo REY DE EUROPA!!
Iker: Martín, this is my "home," the place where I have been for the past 15 years! Plus the other 9 years as part of the youth academy.
Martín: This team are the KINGS OF EUROPE!!
Real Madrid release new anthem in honor of La Decima
Real Madrid celebrated their tenth Champions League trophy in front of their fans on Sunday night at the Santiago Bernabeu. The night belonged to the 'heroes of La Decima', but manager Carlo Ancelotti stole the show when he sang the club's newest anthem.
As part of the celebrations the Spanish club unveiled a new song called 'Hala Madrid y Nada Mas' that was produced by 'Red One' and recorded by all the current squad members to commemorate the new achievement.
One of the surprises of the night came when the MC handed the microphone to Ancelotti who didn't hesitate to karaoke the song (badly and off-beat) in front of a full house at the Santiago Bernabeu.
