Aaron Hernandez Indicted For Double Homicide

Formal charges have been brought against Hernandez for his involvement in a 2012 drive-by shooting.

Former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez has been indicted on murder charges for the deaths of Daniel Jorge Correia de Abreu and Safiro Teixeira Furtado.

The 2012 Boston incident was a drive-by shooting, with Hernandez now believed to be the shooter. Abreu and Furtado were pronounced dead on the scene.

At the time, the police had known Hernandez had been at a nightclub where a fight occurred prior to the Boston homicides. He was investigated in connection with this incident after he was indicted for the unrelated 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd.

In a press conference, District Attorney Daniel. F. Conley told reporters their investigation was “never about Aaron Hernandez. This was about the victims.”

Hernandez is currently being held without bail after pleading not guilty of the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd.

Arms that are littered with tattoos are ridiculously unappealing.
letsjamtogether 15th-May-2014 05:50 pm (UTC)
I think some can be pretty, but looking at them on that picture, it looks like he just shoved both his arms into a bucket of black ink and said 'Done'.

yeah, ia. sleeves are really hot when done well…this is not it
babydiego 15th-May-2014 06:03 pm (UTC)
wrong. sleeves are unbelievably sexy
forgethissmile 15th-May-2014 06:04 pm (UTC)
A good sleeve can be seriously sexy, but there are so many arms that just look like a clusterfuck of random-ass tattoos flung out. Hernandez falls into the latter here.

ia tbh
shilohninejulia 15th-May-2014 07:04 pm (UTC)
it's a personal preference, i think they're hot (so long as they're done well)
superboy 15th-May-2014 07:24 pm (UTC)
Tattoos in general tbh
amore 15th-May-2014 07:47 pm (UTC)

at the rate this is going, he'll turn out to have somehow killed Kennedy, too. So shady, damn.

It's so shocking how he led this double life. By day he was a top football player, by night he was a murderous gangster.
toxic_illusion 15th-May-2014 06:00 pm (UTC)
Yeah that's what makes this story so much scarier.
spanishsaharaa 15th-May-2014 05:54 pm (UTC)
Rape? Domestic violence? Murder? Fine. We will deal with it. Gay men? No. Pls leave.
forgethissmile 15th-May-2014 06:06 pm (UTC)
Seriously. The uproar with Michael Sam (and *gasp* the fact that he wanted to kiss his partner when getting the best news of his life) infuriates me, especially since these are the same fans that are blasé about players hitting their wives, raping and molesting girls in the club... from the looks of it, you'd assume torturing dogs was still above being "a gay" (I swear if I had a dime for every comment I read online recently that used that stupid phrase...)
save_me_xenu 15th-May-2014 06:07 pm (UTC)
Storming off the news set! I can explain rape, dv and murder to my child, but how am I supposed to explain two men showing affection?!?!
mercystars 15th-May-2014 08:35 pm (UTC)

the nfl is clearly not a think tank but as a fan I like to hope that those with that attitude would remember why some people call it 'national felony league' before they opened their mouths about gay players

Hope killing those dudes was enormously satisfying now that you've squandered your freedom and a fuckload of money.

"Aaron Hernandez signed $40M extension with Patriots 6 weeks after double murder in July 2012. His 2012 stats: 51 Rec, 483 Yds, 5 TD."

this guy...

At this point it's just easier to assume that professional athletes are dickbags; then we can be pleasantly surprised if they're not, and if they are it's just like 'well, yeah, figured.'
forgethissmile 16th-May-2014 12:12 pm (UTC)
Professional hockey players are some of the nicest people, I've noticed. There are some newscasters who have intentionally moved themselves to interview hockey, even though it came at a paycut, because the other athletes were insufferable.
la_guillotine 15th-May-2014 06:05 pm (UTC)
this story is so creepy, especially since at least 3 more people connected to the case have died in the past year. I mean, what are the odds?

sometimes i wish the death penalty was still a thing
shilohninejulia 15th-May-2014 07:05 pm (UTC)
it is depending on the state
existential 15th-May-2014 09:26 pm (UTC)
Send em to Texas! We don't discriminate. Mentally disabled? We'll still kill ya!
forgethissmile 16th-May-2014 12:13 pm (UTC)
I was about to say, "Why the death penalty when throwing him in with general pop would be punishment enough?" But then I remembered that he's a ~famous athlete~ who committed gang-style murder. He'd be a fucking celebrity in there.
smokesinatra 15th-May-2014 06:11 pm (UTC)
i wonder how many people he's actually killed, bc you know that number isn't 3...
starsremain 15th-May-2014 06:14 pm (UTC)
I still can't believe this is happening.

Like, dude, were you that bored? The money ain't keeping you warm at night or nah?
