He's been dealing with rumors regarding his alleged affair with "The
Other Woman" co-star Cameron Diaz, and now Nikolaj Coster-Waldau is
ready to address the gossip in the April 2014 issue of Details magazine.
The "Game of Thrones" star rocked designer garbs from Tommy Hilfiger
and Dolce & Gabbana for the Mark Seliger-shot spread while chatting about
everything from the cheating accusations to his time on the hit HBO series.
"My wife started getting letters from women all over. 'You should know
what your husband is cheating on you with Cameron Diaz. Cameron Diaz is not to
be trusted.' My wife just laughed, but still..."
On "Game of Thrones" fans:
"Yeah, it's crazy. There are some very intense fans. We did a premiere
last year in Seattle, and I got a taste of it. It was a little claustrophobic.
All these people wanting to take a picture with me. One guy was like, 'Do you
mind if I take a picture of your shoe? I have a thing with shoes...'"
On his rise to fame:
"There's an expression in Denmark, 'Don't fly any higher than your ears
will carry you.' It means don't get cocky. Keep your feet solidly planted on
the ground. Don't think you're special. Don't think you're better than anyone
else. It's a fundamentally different approach than you have in America."
