Emilia Clarke flashes her gorgeous smile while walking through JFK Airport after landing in town on Monday (March 17) in New York City.

The 26-year-old actress recently chatted with InStyle UK about preparing for her role in the upcoming movie Terminator: Genesis.

“I’ve been spending all day, every day in weapons training,” Emilia said. “I’ve been shooting guns, weightlifting, kickboxing and generally kicking a lot of ass. On top of that, I have not been allowed to eat anything that might taste good at all.”

“Everything on these plates looks amazing but, heartbreakingly I’m not allowed to eat any of it,” Emilia noted the interview. “Not one thing on this table. Except a cup of tea. One cup of tea. No sugar. No cream.”

While we’ve all heard whispers of what the plot for Terminator: Genesis might be, a time travel saga that addresses events from prior entries, we haven’t really heard much about the film’s tone. Now, Collider has an interview with Arnold Schwarzenegger himself that addresses the issue – in a manner many of you will be happy with. He tells the site, The way it reads, it has the same feel of Terminator 2. It’s big. There’s hardcore action and it has some really great visual effects in there, but not over the top. It’s not a Thor type of movie, even though it’s the same director. It has good special effects, but just enough to say, “Wow, where did that come from? How did they do that?”

In the rest of the interview he says one of the reasons he was asked back is because he’s stayed in shape. Granted, he’s in much much better shape than most people in their 60′s, but I’m still not sure I can see him owning the role again. I will be happy to be proven wrong though.

Laeta Kalogridis and Patrick Lussier penned the script. In theaters July 1, 2015, Emilia Clarke is on board to play Sarah Connor and Jason Clarke will play John Connor. Jai Courtney is playing Kyle Reese. J.K. Simmons plays an alcoholic detective trying to make sense of the events of 1984. Alan Taylor is directing.

This movie might be a steaming pile but at least we are getting Sarah Conner again and Jai better get naked.
