Katy Perry Stripper FIRED After Photo Leak

One of the strippers who posed with Katy Perry inside a Santa Barbara strip club has been FIRED for violating the Cardinal rule ... taking pics of their encounter and making them public.

Sources tell TMZ ... honchos from Spearmint Rhino's corporate offices marched over to the Santa Barbara location earlier this week and promptly fired Cassidy (her stripper name) in front of all the other girls.

23-year-old Cassidy -- pictured above on the right -- was one of the girls working Super Bowl night, when Katy rolled in with boyfriend John Mayer and dropped stacks all over the place.

Cassidy, Katy, and other dancers posed for several photos ... TMZ obtained the pics and posted them a couple days later -- and management was pissed.

We're told Cassidy -- who has a child -- violated her club's "no cameras" rule by taking the photos and making them public and that's why she got canned.

We're told Cassidy was fired in front of all the other girls to send a clear message ... don't mess with client privacy, or else.

poor dat..she knew what she was doing. Have you ever been fired in front of co workers?

I've never been fired before...lets hope I never will be.
aprilbegins 14th-Feb-2014 02:33 am (UTC)
I don't wish it on any decent person, it's horrible (at least for me, especially last time with no warning after three years)
virgo7598 14th-Feb-2014 02:34 am (UTC)
That's terrible
mistress_f 14th-Feb-2014 02:37 am (UTC)
it's truly horrible (except i wasn't officially 'fired', it was something like 'oh you can continue to write for us... for free', lol nope)
noiresoul 14th-Feb-2014 02:40 am (UTC)
The only time I've ever been fired I felt like shit. I kept calling the manager since I came in for work and checked the schedule for the next two weeks and I wasn't on it. She ignored all my calls until she showed up ten minutes before I was suppose to finish and hired me right on the spot.
Her excuse was that I didn't get alone with the team which I thought was a lie since we got along perfectly fine and we were on friendly terms.
I felt so embarrassed and angry that she avoided me all day that I start crying which still gets me embarrassed to this day but it was only my second job ever and I was 18.
sorryeden 14th-Feb-2014 02:43 am (UTC)
It truly sucks. I cried in the car after it happened. Idk if that or being laid off is worse though. I guess being fired is embarrassing and being laid off is depressing lol.
rara8777 14th-Feb-2014 02:49 am (UTC)
It's the worst, especially when it's a shitty job that you didn't want in the first place.
youandeyeteewhy 14th-Feb-2014 02:36 am (UTC)
Neither have I.

But I've fired people before, which isn't fun at all. I was one of those people who would call them ahead and let them know that they don't have to come in so that they didn't work that whole day then at the end be like, "Okay girl, you're done. Bye for good!" THAT IS SO SHITTY.
arielcharming 14th-Feb-2014 02:42 am (UTC)
I was fired when a $5000 deposit was stolen & I was the manager on duty.

I swear that I was set up by the opening manager and/or the associates I closed with that night. It was the worst thing that ever happened to me.

this
squishinator 14th-Feb-2014 02:47 am (UTC)
me either.

I just went back to my old job and they have gotten SO strict and fire-happy so i'm kind of nervous I'm going to fuck something up and get shitcanned.

same and same. I imagine it's an awful ugly thing to happen :(
_scarlett_icons 14th-Feb-2014 02:56 am (UTC)
I've been laid off twice. Once because the company was downsizing and I was the last hired. Once because my contract was over and there was no work left anyway.

Never been fired though.
hello_samm 14th-Feb-2014 03:00 am (UTC)
I received an "employment warning" email after a coworker threw me under the bus to our boss. I was shocked because she was the girl I *trusted* in the office. It was the "mean girl" that I worked with who forwarded me the original email and then told my boss to give me another chance. The anxiety the following weeks though...omg.

Bottom line: mean girl in the office actually tells me shit to my face instead of going behind my back. I like her way better now. Bluntness >>>>> fakeness.

I was fired from my first job in December.

I don't really care because the store was a failure.
iciegurl89 14th-Feb-2014 03:14 am (UTC)
I did and I did not expect it but when I took a step back I understood how.

Happened 2 weeks ago. Just started the job at an independent pharmacy. Manager was breathing down my back making me do inventory and another tech made me count pills but I was busy doing the manager's work. I told her that. Then she yelled at me. I yelled back. Manager only heard me and went off on me. Gave me no chances at all fired me on the spot never got a warning. I told her I was going to listen to what she tells me over a lower-on-the-end tech. She owns the place.

Then I realized she let go 2 other people. She told some people to leave the past week due to losing money. And she hired 2 pharmacy interns who work for no pay the same week she fired me. I only worked 2 days. I'm still unemployed.

And my car broke down. I am $2500 in debt for medical bills. Student loans are deferred ($48,000 and I graduated in December) Can't get medicaid because TN governor Haslam didn't expand it. Grandmother died recently. I am extremely suicidal but can't afford to see a psychiatrist/psychologist.

I had a fundraiser job and I got fired for not getting enough donations
wackypinkbunny 14th-Feb-2014 03:51 am (UTC)
I've been fired 3 times, OOP.
The first time was at Arby's, my first job, and they started missing money and just firing people until the money stopped disappearing. I was the 4rth person fired. They ended up firing the whole staff like twice that year. It was weird.
The second time was at KB Toys because I used my employee discount but had my boyfriend pay for it because I left my wallet at home. I'm a huge ditz and it was my first retail job and I didn't realize how crazy they were about that. They also fired me because they learned that I worked a hella amount of hours off the clock (probably more than on the clock) and looking back they probably didn't want me to figure things out and sue them. KB Toys ended up closing a year later. From this I have learned to never work off the clock again.
The third time was at Suncoast and they always pressure you to sell magazines or else you'll get fired! And some of the co-workers would use a fake name just to get the credit and they kept telling me to do it because I was getting threatened more and more that I was going to get fired. So I did it once, and they found out and fired me. It's because I used the name James Adams. The other co-workers were fine. My store ended up closing 5 months later.
Look at my life, look at my choices. Oi.
__allodoxa 14th-Feb-2014 03:58 am (UTC)
I was abruptly told that I was being let go, but that it was because they didn't have the work for me and that I would be getting my unemployment benefits and be eligible for COBRA (they knew I had just had surgery and was going to follow-ups pretty often). Then the one owner that didn't like me because he hardly even worked there was the one that signed for my unemployment, and he claimed that I was lying and that I'd been fired.

By the time I was notified of this, I had two weeks left to file for COBRA and my apartment lease was up, and the appeal process was supposed to take weeks to months to be sorted out. I emailed my direct manager (also one of the owners) to tell him that this had happened, and he tried to call and reverse the decision but they couldn't do anything about it at that point.

If it hadn't been for my ex, I would have been homeless, but he let me stay with him and get my shit back together. To add insult to injury, losing my benefits and not being able to rely on COBRA cost me a much-needed medical appointment I'd had to wait months to get. But that dude pissed off the wrong bitch, because my appeal was an eight page essay about not only his professional incompetence (the other two owners literally had to tell the guy to show up to work and do his job), but that of the project manager he was having an affair with (pro tip: don't use company-paid cell phones for your adultery and then claim your son is the one using up all the bandwidth looking at porn).

Those two/three months waiting on the decision of my appeal were some of the lowest points in my life, and I don't wish that on anyone (except the fuck/s who did it to me in the first place).

Quit 3 jobs and got fired at 3
x_bartleby 14th-Feb-2014 04:26 am (UTC)
I've been laid off twice by the same company. The first time it was because the studio lost an important client so they got rid of every artist that wasn't doing client work. They hired me back after two weeks so it wasn't so bad. They laid me off again last week and it's a lot less depressing the second time around.
duchello 14th-Feb-2014 04:28 am (UTC)
I've never been fired, I don't think I could ever handle it. I also don't think I'll get to the point I'll ever warrant being fired but it's easy to see how it happens to so many people over office politics.
walkintowalls99 14th-Feb-2014 05:46 am (UTC)
I have. It's the worst feeling in the world. In 2005 I was canned on the week of Chinese New Year.

2005 ended up being the worst year of my life and I've never looked at CNY the same way since.
artvandellay 14th-Feb-2014 05:54 am (UTC)
I was fired once. I was at this shitty job that I hated so I started goofing around on the internet a lot. I got called into the office and he showed me my internet history on an overhead projector and said "you're fired." Like he actually said those words like he was Donald Trump. I left and sobbed and sobbed and had to start taking anti-depressants and still can't get off them more than 2 years later. But leaving that job was the best thing that ever happened to me. What a hellhole. I've only had awesome jobs since then :)
akasha6915 14th-Feb-2014 07:28 am (UTC)
I've had seasonal jobs where you kind of just stop getting put on the schedule and knew what was coming, so I never counted that as being fired.

But I had a fired/quit once. When I worked at a corporate bagel place, the manager was horrible dick weed who treated people like shit. Under him, 9 out of 12 people quit within a 3 month period, went through 3 assistant managers, and just general shit. So when he was transferred and let of, house was cleaned. I ended up on chopping block because I would be late due to having too rely on 2 different public tranits. I quit, wasn't actually fired, so I could leave with several really good references. Almost got rehired by the company but in a different city and state. I had never felt more depressed or defeated expect for that day.
senshicalico 14th-Feb-2014 07:52 am (UTC)
Never been fired but was pressured to quit by my old boss at an independent pharmacy. (I didn't. I put in my full time before going back to school, so stuff it lady.) She used to make me do a bunch of grudge work that wasn't even my detail. Like newbie shit even though there were two other people there I had some seniority over. She also was really mean around me while being nicey-nice to everyone else.

But the kicker was when she summoned me into the break room and tried to tell me that customers were complaining that I "smelled foul." Uh huh. I would've believed that maybe someone complained about something whatever and she felt compelled to tell me, but then she went on that she had ignored these complaints FOR A YEAR and they were from multiple people, and that SHE could "smell me all the way down the hallway" sometimes. She then proceeded to drill me about my personal hygiene habits, including whether or not I showered, wore deodorant, DOUCHED, wore dirty clothes, etc etc. It was so fucking ridiculous (obviously I do not smell, let alone THAT badly) that I was trying not to laugh. She made some comment that she was afraid I was going to cry, and I swear she was disappointed that I didn't.

I told some coworkers I trusted about it and they were just as flabbergasted. One of them was later fired that month for some other bullshit matter, and I didn't return the next summer. Fuck that.
liddlebins 14th-Feb-2014 07:07 pm (UTC)
i was fired once but the establishment was a joke which is sad because it was a preschool. the people in charge were jerks and they eventually went under. total karma. anyway, a decision had to be made re: a tough situation (one of the kids got hurt [nothing serious] on the play yard and the parent made a understandable fuss so it was either fire me or the other after school attendant so they pretty much closed their eyes and eeny meeny miney moed me). i understand it but i was so upset when it happened. i was actually pretty heartbroken. i really loved working with the kids and was good at my job. to this day it is one of two of the most rewarding jobs i've ever had in my whole life. but being fired from there led to greater things happening so -- onward and upward i guess
jamajenks 14th-Feb-2014 07:19 pm (UTC)
My boss asked me to write the ethnicity of each applicant for an open position on their application in pencil (you know, because it's illigal to do that) or on a post it note so she could sort out all of the "ghetto" ones.

This was the final straw of the most horrible work experience I'd ever had. I tried to report her to corporate and called my former employer asking if they were still holding a spot for me (they were.)

It was the last in a long line of absolutely unbelievable behavior from her that had me absolutely disgusted. She tried to say I was lazy and complacent....
Yeah. I was REALLY excited when I first got the job, but when you're met with indifference and disgusting practices like that at every turn, you lose enthusiasm fast.

And yes, she called in one of my co-workers to take my place and fired me on the spot.
I was just like "So... I can go home now, right? Ok, cool."
a_is4addiction 14th-Feb-2014 10:27 pm (UTC)
i got fired from a waitressing job in high school. my boss was bipolar; one example- one day she went on and on about how great i was, and put me on the schedule for a bunch of hours, and the next day i came into work and she had removed all my hours and yelled at me. i still don't know why. she also paid under the table and paid you according to what she felt you deserved for the day. so some days i'd get $5 for 3 hours and other days i'd get $25.

how she fired me? called my mom and told her i was not welcome in the restaurant anymore. why? i legitimately have no idea.

she ended up closing down several months later, so joke's on that bitch!

litleo 14th-Feb-2014 02:40 am (UTC)
There are still many who highly revere the cultural and religious aspects of "ancient" Egypt.

There is more historical proof for the existence of the Egyptian Gods and Goddesses than other religions. It is a shame that perverted religions like Christianity and Islam are consuming the true religion, and the true Gods of our world.

Yeeep. Of course, my boyfriend is bisexual, so.

lol we've brought my bff's boyfriend to the gay club with us to watch the drag show. he was surprisingly chill about it, esp. as a compact and pretty man, until his eyes went real wide. we realized he had been watching espn over the bar, and the epsn had gone out for a minute.

then he calmed down until he had to go to the rr himself hahaha

Are you me? I've worked in a few call centers. I love them. But I worked for Sprint for years now and got fucking fired in January over the worst crap EVER. I hate that company. Damn devils.
msbombtastic 14th-Feb-2014 09:40 am (UTC)
omg I got fired from a call centre too. I mean, I was pretty stupid about the situation but it's something I should have gotten away with. it was my first job, I was smoking weed outside with my friend who had worked there for a while before me, and one of the managers comes out to smoke a cigarette but we didn't see in time. so he of course went and told his supervisor what he saw, etc etc. It was just kind of fucking annoying because my friend said he "always" smoked there and it was fine, and because he'd been there for a little while he stayed and I of course got fired, even though I was probably one of the only people who could properly read the scripts and not sound fucking stupid.
edit: I worked at one of those annoying telemarketing companies, though. so maybe in hindsight I was spared some of my sanity. I was already getting weird ass calls in the month I was there lol

I had an interview at Ameriprise, an online over the phone insurance company. I never went to the interview because I had a gut feeling that it was nothing more than a call center job. I was right and now I keep getting these pushy, harassing voice messages from them to call them to schedule another interview.
