Cheryl Cole Gets ***Flawless and Blue Ivy Celebrates Her 2nd Birthday

We haven't seen or heard much from Cheryl Cole on the music front of late, and now it's clear why - she's been busy learning to emulate Beyonce.

Since Bey released her visual album back in December 2013 we've had the tracks on loop, trying to nail the dance routines. And it seems the same goes for Chezza.

A week after the release of Beyonce's self-titled fifth album Cheryl took to Twitter to praise her girl crush, saying: "Beyonce just literally came in and owned 2013 in the 90th minute!! #surfboardsurfboard #winning"

Ms Cole shared a video of her and two backing dancers (or friends, if you prefer) dancing to Beyonce's track Flawless on Instagram.

Cheryl's vid shows her against a sea view miming to the track while sporting a bomber jacket, white shirt, jeans and heels. She posted it amongst a string of holiday snaps from her trip to South Africa.

We reckon she looks pretty fierce, and we reckon Bey would agree.

They are two of the most famous superstars in the world.

And as the daughter of Beyoncé and Jay Z, it stands to reason that Blue Ivy would celebrate her second birthday in truly spectacular style.

The pair decided to close down the Jungle Island bird sanctuary within Miami Zoo to ensure Blue had her every wish fulfilled at the bash on Tuesday.

According to reports, Beyoncé and her hubby went all out to ensure the jungle-themed bash was a huge success.

And while the costs of putting on such an event have yet to be revealed, the cost of just a VIP tour at the sanctuary and botanical garden is around $240 - which means closing the entire venue is likely to be in the region of thousands of dollars.

Her parents' generosity meant that Blue saw in her second birthday surrounded by a host of exotic animals, including penguins, kangaroos and lemurs.

It was reported earlier this week that Kanye had written a lullaby for little Blue for her second birthday, as he wanted to do 'something personal' for his rap star pal's child.

A source told the Daily Star newspaper: 'Kanye wanted to do something personal for his best friend's baby.

'So he decided he would write and record a lullaby especially for her. It won't be released, it's just for Blue. He hopes it'll help send her off to sleep at night.'

Kanye has seven-month-old baby North, who is nicknamed Nori - with reality star fiance Kim Kardashian - and hopes she'll become friends with Blue.

The source added: 'It's really catchy and slow. Rather than the usual sweet dreams-themed lullaby songs, Kanye raps about how Blue Ivy and Nori will be mega powerful when they're older.

'It also mentions how him and Jay Z will work hard to make sure their girls have an easier path the an they did.'

finchandreese 10th-Jan-2014 02:59 pm (UTC)
All of this shit for a baby who won't even remember this by her 6th b-day. I don't get rich people and parents in general.
kweenbeyonce 10th-Jan-2014 03:21 pm (UTC)
I don't get these comments. They're so dumb. Do babies not feel happiness or get excited or have taste-buds? Your entire childhood from being a baby to your earliest memory still impacts you. It's why babies need affection. Will they remember the action? No, but the feelings of security and love they got will impact them later on. Like, humans, how do they work?
anchellada 10th-Jan-2014 03:54 pm (UTC)
good point
anchellada 10th-Jan-2014 03:52 pm (UTC)
ia that some parents throw ridic parties for babies. but this one seems ok because toddlers love animals and whatnot. but yet there are people having their 2-4 year olds party at a skating rink and they obvs cant skate yet... that, i do not get.
democralypse 10th-Jan-2014 03:00 pm (UTC)
