For a long time, the idea of a McBusted supergroup has been something of a fantasy for fans across the country.
But it's really happening (without Charlie Simpson) and we can't wait!
Yes, it's true - after Busted made a cameo appearance at McFly's 10th anniversary shows at the Royal Albert Hall, the two boybands have announced plans to join forces.
In a press conference today (11th November) hosted by Emma Willis (wife of Busted-star Matt Willis), the two groups announced a ‘McBusted’ tour starting from next April, along with their first live performance at this coming weekend’s Children In Need on BBC.
A new website McBusted.com has also been launched, along with a @McBusted Twitter account. However the new supergroup have confirmed that they will NOT be recording a new album together to compliment the tour. (yeah right we'll see about that)
The tour dates in full are as follows:
Friday 18 - Glasgow, SSE Hydro
Saturday 19 - Liverpool, Echo Arena
Monday 21 - Bournemouth, BIC
