Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart may have split earlier this year after four years together and despite the pair playing loved-up Bella and Edward in the Twilight franchise, as well as their relationship off screen, the duo are now apparently living very "separate lives", with Rob allegedly "hooking up randomly on nights out."
Rob has been linked to numerous ladies since his split from the On The Road babe and sources have now said that he's enjoying playing the field now that he's a single man.
“He isn’t dating anyone, he is focusing on work and randomly hooking up on nights out,” a source close to the couple claims to HollywoodLife, adding: “There is no one special girl in his life. As for Kristen, they don’t talk, they have separate lives."
Kristen is currently extremely happy in Berlin, sources say, with the actress arriving in Europe last month to begin filming new movie Sils Maria.
“Kristen is the happiest she’s been in a long time,” a friend told the tabloid, “She feels a sense of freedom being in Berlin and is having a really fun time on the set and just exploring the city and the countryside.”
“She is with a couple of her good friends from back home. They are like her extended family and have been supporting her nonstop,” a close friend claimed.
“Her friends always remind her to not take life or herself too seriously. They do a good job of bringing out her silly, goofy side.”
“Of course Kristen still misses Rob, but being far away from him has actually helped her — she’s really happy and enjoying herself for the first time in a very long time.”
Over the weekend Kristen was spotted shopping at a thrift store with friends as she enjoyed time off from her new movie.
Speaking to Women's Wear Daily about the role earlier this year the actress admitted she was excited about getting started.
"I play a personal assistant to an actress," she claimed. "It takes two very particular people to have that relationship be functional – one that services the other — because Juliette Binoche is playing the actress that I assist, and she is one of the most powerful women I think I’ve ever seen in film."
