Taylor Swift Contest Cancelled After 39 Year Old Man Wins
When Kiss 108 in Boston launched their ‘Taylor Swift’s Biggest Fan Contest’ they got more than they bargained for when 4chan got control a hold of the contest and put a bearded 39 year-old on top of the leader board.
Well the station put the kibosh on the contest saying the the integrity had been compromised. Typical Swift, crushing the dreams of a creepy, full-grown man.

Taylor seems like a sweet girl and she is successful on her own, so of course they can't have that and must take her down.
And Taylor is probably relieved she doesn't have to meet any crazy fan who won a radio contest.
It would have been even more funnier if she met him.
Interesting that the school was the Horace Mann School for the Deaf, also here in Boston.
More interesting that TSwift/her handlers wouldn't play the special show as promised, instead offering tickets to her next show in the area.
Per the article:
The school did end up with over $50k in various monetary and equipment donations so in that sense it was very much a win for the students at Horace Mann regardless. I just find her decision not to perform for them offensive.

some of them are the neckbeard rejects of society, but 4chan also gave us anonymous and is partly responsible for the birth of ows. not to mention rickrolling.
Remember last time when they made it so that school for deaf kids got a special concert from her? That kinda backfired and made her look like a saint.
