A Beige, Basic, Boring Bride Post

They tied the knot in secret, applying for their marriage license on Friday, June 7.

But it wasn't until Saturday that Kristin Cavallari, 26, and Chicago Bears Quarterback Jay Cutler, 30, really felt like a married couple, as they exchanged vows in front of family and friends.

The couple threw an intimate wedding for their loved ones at the Woodmont Christian Church in Nashville, Tennesse.

The former Hills star looked absolutely stunning in a strapless white gown, which has a high belt and bustled skirt, with a bouquet of matching white flowers, meanwhile Jay looked dashing in a grey suit.

The bridesmaids looked summery in one-shoulder champagne colored dresses, carrying white and pink flowers.

Kristin tweeted her happy news that she was now 'officially Kristin Elizabeth Cutler!!!!!' with a photo of her and Jay's wedding rings the day before.

Their bands were a delicate diamond ring for Kristin and manlier black piece for Jay.

The couple married in Nashville said to be where Jay went to college at Vanderbilt University.

Kristin and Jay followed their church ceremony with a reception at Houston Station on Saturday, celebrating with 150 guests.

Among the guests was their son, Camden, who was born in August last year.

The couple, who got engaged in 2011, treated their guests to a southern BBQ, with ribs and biscuits on offer.

In May, Kristin told CoCo Magazine: 'It's easy to get wrapped up in your career and have that be your only focus,'

'I want my marriage to work and last — and family comes first.'

Kristin also told UsWeekly that she was looking forward to the 'security' of marriage.

She said: 'I like having that extra sense of security that you're with your buddy for the rest of your life," she explained. "You know they're not going anywhere.'

The couple clearly had good taste when it came to picking the venue as according to the church's website, the venue was ranked number-one on Martha Stewart's 'Wedding Ceremony Locations in the South' list.

The church is known for its tall steeple, quaint size and modern interior, large enough to fit Kristin's reported 150 guests.
