i guess there's no sense in me answering this question since there are about 5 other people who have already answered, but i'll still answer anyway LOL

he's on the HBO show "entourage" where he plays an agent named Ari Gold. He was also in several movies, including Cars, Singles, Scary Movie 3, Black Hawk Down, etc. and on shows which include Ellen, Seinfeld, and The Drew Carey show. That was probaly a way longer explination that what you asked for, haha.
