Kim Kardashian secretly sat for her deposition Tuesday in L.A. ... and she testified under oath that when she accepted Kris Humphries' proposal of marriage and when she said "I do," she really did love him.
TMZ has learned ... the deposition was taken at the offices of Kim's lawyer ... disso queen Laura Wasser (the pic was taken on their way in). It lasted 9 hours.
Kris Humphries' lawyer probed for evidence that Kim defrauded Kris and only married him to goose ratings for her reality show, but we're told Kris didn't make any headway. He's shooting for an annulment based on fraud, but sources say the depo didn't help his case.
Get this ... Kris did NOT show up for the depo. His lawyer made a big stink in court that Kris had a right to be there. He didn't even have a game on Tuesday.
As for the reality show ... we're told Kim testified it played no part in her decision to tie the knot. Other than that, we've learned Kris' lawyer, Lee Hutton, did not ask much at all about the reality show and whether it was staged. Hutton has made numerous threats that he would blow the lid off the reality show during the trial, so it's surprising he virtually ignored it in Kim's depo.
Kim has been gunning for a divorce for almost a year-and-a-half. The trial is set for May 6.

She was already broken up and separated from Kris, she could do whatever she wanted to, and it had nothing to do w however she had felt for him

I think she was desperate to be married and have a kid, and in true Kardashian fashion, took advantage of finding someone she wanted to marry by featuring it in her show and making money off of it
But idk, I don't buy that the marriage itself was fake
I really just think they were in lust, and caught up in a whirlwind, and really didnt know each other at all
Like, Kim could have married a way more famous guy if she was only doing it for the ratings
People get married in a whirlwind all the time, it isn't new, and although I couldn't give two shits about the Kardashians, this is getting fuckin' ridiculous.
On another note, I cannot handle that TMZ can never just refer to Kim's lawyer by Laura Wasser. It's always "disso queen Laura Wasser" and it makes me want to throw my computer off my fucking deck.

I can't say Kris is suffering thru this whole ordeal. Before he was with Kim, his contract was like 2 million a year, and now it's way higher after everything.

They say all the time that Kim always thought she'd be married first so I think she got super desperate when she saw that Khloé was already married and Kourtney had children.
like even if she did marry him for publicity, how is that different from marrying someone for money or marrying them for their looks or marrying them because you want them to take care of your kids or marrying them for connections or marrying them because they make a good grilled cheese sandwich

He won't let her divorce him; he wants an annulment (I think on the ground of fraud?). An annulment needs proof if one person resists it.
I don't even like them, any of them, but he comes across like a big fucking baby.

why is it so hard for someone who wants a divorce to just get the damn thing finalized? the process seems so archaic.
if someone had lipo literally everywhere all over their body, what would happen with weight gain? would they just explode or?

I thought she had lipo everywhere but her behind (instead of having silicone injected into her butt). I'm armenian, and that ass is a thing. My whole family has it, and me, too.
Given that all her pregnancy weight gain has been in her booty, I am now 100% sure I'm right.
and I don't feel bad for her, for anything.
