Bleeding Cool favourite Jason Flemyng gave an interview to an Irish newspaper over a week ago in which he made it pretty clear that he won’t be in the next X-Men movie.
I don’t think I will be back. Initially I was gutted, but then, I remembered I had to get up at two in the morning, I had to be painted red and be slightly out of focus and posed a lot, and that was sort of it. Now I don’t have to do that.
Nope, he can be unpainted, in focus and do more than pose in some other film instead. Hopefully.
I should have spotted that interview. Would have stopped me writing that last thing about Azazel that I did. Anyhow, thanks to IGN for the heads up..
Bryan Singer Shows Off X-Men: Days Of Future Past’s Cast – Including Some Surprises – TWO UPDATES
X-Men: Days of Future Past director Bryan Singer is back on Twitter today, revealing a production office wall of actors' headshots. As you can see below, there's quite a few familiar faces, a few surprises and what appears to be six empty slots. Of those faces, the final three have not yet been announced and the first appears to be that of Daniel Cudmore, who played Colossus in X2 and X-Men: The Last Stand. We'll have updates on the other two faces as soon as they can be confirmed.
Scheduled for release on July 18, 2014, X-Men: Days of Future Past features a script by Simon Kinberg and is said to be inspired Chris Claremont and John Byrne's comic book storyline that ran in "Uncanny X-Men" #141 and 142 back in 1981. "Days of Future Past" introduced the idea of an alternate future for Marvel's mutants that grew out of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants killing an important senator, leading to a future where all mutants are hunted by Sentinels.
Cast members confirmed for the film include Hugh Jackman, Anna Paquin, Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore, Peter Dinklage, Omar Sy and Halle Berry.

What a waste of a fantastic character with so much potential only to be squandered and tossed aside. If they don't know what to do with a great character like Azazel then they should just leave him alone. This bit really pisses me off!
Yet I'm EXCITED for the inclusion of Colossus eventhough he'll be a bit role as usual, just glad to see Cudmore brought back.

But then I ran into some friends from a different high school who were going to see the second(?) Matrix and snuck in and saw that movie with them.
I remember going to see X2 the night it released. Still my favorite movie ever

As much as I think this movie is going to be a mess, I still get really excited when they announce people returning.

The Wolverine trailer is taking forever to be released. I know it's coming this month but I hate fucking waiting. I'm excited to see what it looks like
I think the Wolverine film is going to be a mess. They seem to be going the opposite way by having it more gritty but I the Mariko Chronicles have always been the most dullest of Wolverine's adventures. Uncanny X-Men 173 only kept me interested because Rogue was involved. Other than that I didn't get much out of the storyline.
