Bryan Fuller Might Kickstarter a Pushing Daisies Revival

Now that the Veronica Mars Kickstarter has been such a fund-raising success (they've currently raised more than $3 million), naturally the conversation has turned to what gone-but-not-forgotten show will be next. Deadwood? Unlikely.Terriers? Shawn Ryan did tweet about it. Pushing Daisies? Looks like a yes, actually. "I did get an email from Bryan Fuller earlier today saying, 'Hey, can you jump on the phone with me at some point? I know you're busy, but I would love to talk to you about how this thing works,'" VMcreator Rob Thomas tells HitFix. "And I know it was specifically for Pushing Daisies." The Pie Maker lives! Time to start agitating for a Better Off Ted movie.

I don't know what you're talking about. The movie was fantastic.

And also only about 12 minutes long and only really dealt with Reggie learning the truth and nothing else happened because George was the only reaper in the film.

What would a Wonderfalls movie even be about though? I feel like everything got wrapped up quite nicely. At least Pushing Daisies still has a lot of storylines to be resolved.

Few years ago, Costco was selling each season for $12. I didn't buy it and figured they'd put out a boxset (yes because cancelled two season shows are in high demand for boxsets). I regret it so much. Any dvd place, I check out Pushing Daisies and each season is $30-50. I miss my pie man.

To be fair, only half of them (maybe even less) are "swimming in cash". The money we'd give to will also go towards lowly crew members who are just as middle-income as we all are.

Meh it's not like the people behind this (Bryan Fuller and co.) would be able to make it on their own and if ABC thought it was worth keeping they wouldn't have cancelled it, so in this case fundraising seems to be the way to go.

Technically, most people are ordering merch for the VMars one that they'd have gotten anyway. The higher end stuff is another story, but fans aren't really funding the movie as much as people are saying. It'll go towards it, but it was more to show WB there's legit interest in it still because they wouldn't do it without that.
