Beyoncé's representatives will not confirm the authenticity of a leaked tracklist.
The singer is currently preparing to release her fifth studio album later this year, but a list of songs that will allegedly appear on the set surfaced online earlier this week.
A sheet of paper listed 11 songs in total, including the widely-rumored lead single 'Ratchet', which features Lady GaGa and Azealia Banks.
It appears to reveal further collaborations with Justin Timberlake, Jay-Z, Sia, Ne-Yo and sister Solange Knowles.
The list also features what would be Beyoncé's first ever collaboration with Rihanna on a track titled 'Dance (I'm Soon Over)'.
According to online rumors, the list was accidentally leaked by someone close to Stargate's production team, who are believed to have worked on the project.
When Beyoncé's team were approached by MTV, they declined to confirm or deny the tracklist's authenticity.
Furthermore, Ne-Yo told Digital Spy that he had seen the leaked tracklist and was delighted to spot two of his tracks on there, indicating that his listed contributions are real.
Beyoncé will begin her 'The Mrs Carter Show' world tour in Serbia on April 15 and is expected to unveil new music before the run.
Ne-Yo talks Beyoncé leaked tracklit: 'I'm very happy I'm on it'
Ne-Yo has discussed his work on Beyoncé's forthcoming album with Digital Spy.
The singer and producer said that he was "happy" to have two songs on the record after seeing an alleged tracklist that surfaced online earlier this week.
He told Digital Spy: "I saw that Beyoncé's tracklisting just leaked and I've got a couple of joints on there, which is good news. I'm very happy about that."
Asked if he believed the leaked tracklist was real, he said: "I don't know, I mean you never really can tell until the album comes out."
On the process of working with Beyoncé on the LP, he explained: "I've heard some songs from the album so I knew what direction I should be going in.
"The last thing you want to do is write a song that makes no sense with the direction of the album, so she let me hear some stuff so I knew where to aim.
"I can't say much else as I've been sworn to secrecy! I'm actually happy that no songs have leaked from it yet. Hopefully this is a sign for the future - that music can come out when it's actually supposed to come out."
Ne-Yo has worked with Beyoncé multiple times in the past, most famously co-writing and producing her 2006 hit 'Irreplaceable'.
Beyoncé Covered in Smoke—See the Singer's Sexy Tumblr Pics!
Beyoncé is smoking!
Fortunately, Jay-Z's wife isn't puffing on a cigarette, but she is surrounded by gray smoke in a series of new Tumblr shots.
Wearing a sideways "Beyond" cap, puffy jacket, leggings, sneakers and minimal makeup, Blue Ivy's mama looks contemplative in the shots.
In one pic, she walks straight through smoke coming up from a grate in the street.
Fittingly enough, Friday is International Women's Day. And for that, we celebrate Queen Bey. Because who run the world? Girls!
