It means "here for this", you can add an "n" in front (nhft) and it's "not here for this"

Ugh, I dunno. For some reason I feel grossed out by people actually wanting to see this/being excited for it and the fact that people really enjoy the reality show with these awful people? It makes my skin crawl.
