Although really I'm curious about who your reference available upon request is (a roommate pretending to be Brenden?) and it was equal parts hilarious and horrifying to see the HR Manager "evaluate the content" of "your" website.
The best part though might have been in the essay part (I know my work hires like you're applying for college) where you had to write about one of your faults but how a strength of yours makes up for it and how you think you can improve on your fault... and you wrote a (small) paragraph about how you don't have any faults.
