I did not bring that up because she is 22 an is legal ; ) whereas smoking weed is more controversial because is not universally accepted by law to smoke it.

Weed is legal in plenty of places and just because some states are dragging their feet doesn't make it bad. The only people who make it controversial are the people like you who whine about it. Also you can still argue that teenagers will see her drinking and want to drink to be like her.. And of course she wouldn't publicly discuss smoking why should she? As I said before, she's also not smoking in public.

just because she does something controversial doesn't mean she can't be a good role model or have a good image. civil rights was controversial, gay marriage is controversial, feminism is controversial. not that i'm comparing weed smoking to any of those things but just saying, controversial acts don't automatically make her a bad role model.
