I don't like or dislike her overall, it kind of changes in each post, like the one about bland families made me side-eye her, but then some of the posts make her seem really normal which is nice to see in someone in Hollywood. Plus a lot of the things you cite could be taken in different ways. Some people connect with her because she seems really personable and a lot of the things she does can be viewed in different lights depending on your position.
I don't understand why people feel strongly one way or the other because I find her to be normal and basic but not offensive either.
to me though, it sounds almost exactly the same as some of the stuff Kristen Stewart has said, so I can't see it as "refreshingly normal" or "relatable" or "personable" or whatever people keep calling her, esp when KStew gets shit on for saying it (and I'm not trying to defend KS).
Well, I don't really care about KStew either except for the hypocrisy that is her "privacy" in relation to paps and then her obviously staged efforts after the whole cheating thing. That made me judge her pretty hard.
ita with you here, the only difference between some of the things Jennifer and Kristen say is their attitude. It's easy for people to believe Jennifer's mind could be changed because she's always joking but Kristen seems really serious about everything. But it's only in the stans' minds that Jennifer takes back any of this stuff, and it's really condescending of them to defend what she says as if it doesn't count for her real opinion until they can get their hands on her and change her opinion for her. They don't defend her words like at least the KStew fans do, they defend her as if her words don't count because ______. It's so patronizing.
I honestly don't feel one way or the other about the girl but her stans are ridiculous and so transparent.
